Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
On a large baking sheet, combine prepared brussels sprouts with onion and bacon.
Roast in oven for 15 minutes, stir and then roast for another 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Remove from oven, but leave oven on. Toss with garlic, vinegar, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. Roast in oven for another 5 minutes or until browned and crispy.
